How fast is my internet connection? No REALLY – how fast is it?

This week, Netflix launches a tool that allows users to easily check their internet speed in real time.  The tool works on mobile or home broadband and does not require a Netflix subscription to use.

Another link I’ve used regularly in the past that is almost as user-friendly but provides a little more information. It’s from AT&T. Again, it doesn’t require you to use AT&T – just allows speed tests for any connection.
